Assess

We start with an assessment and understanding of your organisation and requirements for a development programme.
This is augmented with an assessment of the delegates involved within the programme.
The programme is then tailored to meet and deliver the needs identified within the assess stage.

Co-create

Is an interactive session that builds upon the learning already developed through the pre-learning. It uses examples from your world and works with you to develop the new skills and how they can be effectively applied.

Pre-Learn

Each delegate receives a pre-learning pack containing DVD/Guidebook, Toolkit and optional e-learning before their training workshop. This is a mandatory step and has a unique learning impact; it means delegates arrive on the training event already engaged in the topic.

Training Experience

The choice of the word experience here is deliberate. The training is all about relating the subject matter to real-world experience as the means to ensure training is translated into behaviour change on the job!

Evaluate

In this stage we check what worked - what progress has been made in terms of confidence and new behaviours adopted since the training?

Coach/support

After each experience event delegates will receive a coaching voucher.

How do I use this voucher?

This voucher can be redeemed by the delegate to gain access to a STaR coach and provides access to two sessions for each module. The STaR expert will coach the delegate on a real life issue they are facing or working upon. For example, one session (telephone , web ex ) prior to a negotiation, working through the objectives, plan, etc) A follow up call to de-brief post negotiation to extract key learning�s and capture for next time.
Certain modules (Strategic negotiation) also have significant on line support materials. Each delegate will be given access to these materials for a limited period beyond the experience event. These can be accessed through a password protected section on the STaR web site.

Does it stop there?

No, once you have been on a STAR programme you gain access to our on-line community where you can share experiences with all the other star delegates from different sectors.
