We had to build this program from scratch - nothing quite like it existed.

The EDGE is LEADERSHIP TRAINING with a difference - it forces leaders to think outside the box, get creative - VERY CREATIVE ! - before grounding their new ideas as hard nosed and COMMERCIAL PROJECT PLANS.
